    oos grounded shine is done by inputting the shine on the first airborne frame of the jump, the same way a double shine is input. you leave the ground then return to it before you are able to act again (3 frames? idk check the double shine frame data sticky).     Its very important to be able to move through lasers in the falco ditto. Meaning its very important to be able to wavedash oos. PPMD talked about it in the smash practice pilot, I'm unsure if it still exists but i believe it was linked somewhere earlier in this thread.

    There's not really any reason to do more than two shines most of the time, imo. Successive shines will push the opponent out of range without them lightshielding or shield DIing away, meaning that if the opponent uses either of these options, you might have ****ed yourself trying to be fancy...

    There isn't a ton of payoff to falco's lasers if you don't capitalize on them. They don't build percent as fast or as safely as fox's lasers do nor do they do a significant amount of damage to shield. While you won't necessarily get put into disadvantage because you were spamming lasers...

    ^ Past stuff like shine dj bair/dair I don't think that most players use tap jump for shine aerials. x/y would be far more consistent especially when pressuring shield or whatever.

    cstick buffers the jump and will probably make your shine oos less consistent. Use whatever motion you would to doubleshine, the timing is the same.

    straight right, same as how you would want to input a normal walljump, you can practice that on any maps with walls (peach's castle, stadium transformations etc. If it's not registering you are probably too far away from the wall, drifting towards the wall might help in that case...
