I said player, not character. If they are stalling dq them Avoiding death hazards doesn't make you stop fighting, also every hazard is avoidable. If you don't want your opponent to get invincibility then don't let them complete the minigame.

I was referring to some of the melee pros who like him, causing more people to like him, causing people to be biased toward him.

He really isn't bad at all, just takes more skill than other charactors. If you actually do know how to play him good then your opponent usually doesn't know how to fight you, giving you a big advantage.
