    Final Smash Meter, will it be tourney legal?

    I fail to see how they are any different from any other fighting game 'super'. Sometimes within one round Ryu might have his V trigger or CA max out to use...and the round limit is set to facilitate that. in the case of smash would we not just increase the stock limit? Just like Tekken or MvC...
