It's kind of a mythical made-up character, so I don't really consider there to be any real anatomy to it. Though there's not much to compare to for the tail, I did notice afterwards something looked off with the boobs after a friend pointed it out, but oh well.

The shading is what makes one pencil drawing look better than the other. I'd say try doing some still lives with fruits and such where you can try to practice capturing the lights and shades of the fruits.
