    Buffed CPU's?

    I was reading the patch notes from the last Sm4sh update and some people said that the CPU's have gotten a lot smarter. I play lvl. 9's when I have no one to play with or don't feel like doing For Glory mode. For the most part, I've been able to destroy them in the past with almost any character...
