    keep everything from the black controller, except use the part thats connected to the thing that has the control stick/c-stick and the cord from the white one imo. black parts = better. controller swaps always feel a bit more stiff than they really are at first too, just gotta work it in a bit

    imo keep everything from the black one, (especially the shoulder buttons since the ones in the white ctros are stiff af) but replace the motherboard just so you have a new stick. its good to keep the same shell forever thugh, since it gets worn down over time and feels really nice after a while :D
