Thank God people on Twitter don't make the balance patches. If they had their way, Rosa would have been lighter then Jigglypuff and Luma wouldn't be able to respawn. It's still too early to 100% confirm no changes. Last time everyone said she only got a buff for Luma. When her Jab was nerfed too.
