It's some strange 3rd party one that i got at disc replay. It has no PC and WII U switch on the back so it's a standard third party one.- SgtSkills

Hello I am trying to play project M with my adapter and have tried using zadig to recognize my controllers I also tried The WII U USB GCN Adapter driver but no luck.
