Actually, the smash 3ds in this video is at 1.0.0(unpatched) not 1.1.3. (notice at 0:00 the lack of version numbers at the logo screen). I'm still studying the asc more, i downloaded the 1.1.3 (via hacking methods) later and for my surprise i cannot tell the difference between 1.1.4 and 1.1.3...

If you have internet connection try everything, except FG, try to play with players from your region to avoid practicing with lag. And I think FG is even worse than CPUs in developing bad habits.
