    Shine Nair 20XX Help

    So, I've been practicing shine to instant nair on Falcon and I cannot seem to get this. What I do is, select grab as OOS option on the debug menu with exact reaction time setting. Then I set him to OOS in the actual match. I then walk up, shine and try to nair right away but I ALWAYS get...
