Bair is quicker, you can fast fall immediately. Make sure you hit Bair/Fair as soon as you leave the ground.

Same here actually, I love Olimar, but usually do better with villager or rosalina...

Does Olimar benefit from Bidou tech? I don't feel like he's going to be one of those characters that can make a big use of it.
