If you can, watch videos of yourself playing and be critical. Pick out times where what you did worked and times when you could have used a better option. If you're short on ideas for better options, watch some of the top ZSS players and be critical of them too. As for the specific questions...

In SA it's more or less just me and @andrebound. There's 50+ characters in the game and less regular tournament attendees than that here so it's not overly surprising. Nice to have just about everybody playing someone different.
