attacks can only trip if they do not knock the target into the air, so most attacks with trip chances will never trip or will only trip at low percents. The % rate for tripping varies by a lot of different moves. Im not 100% sure of the chances in ultimate but falcon had a 30% trip rate on weak...

i have a question on the documentation of nair. If nair 2 comes out waaay faster than than s4 nair 2 why does it not seem to connect reliably? Is it because of nair 1 kb now? All the footage ive seen it looks like all multihits connect better. Looked like a game design flaw they fixed from 4.

But can we tech flare blitz? Since footstools can be. Also flare blitz will be a good tool for recovery, as much as i love rock smash for landing having more recovery options is better imo.

Well in the reveal trailer it shows him charging a limit style bar when ever he damages himself so perhaps it acts like dischrage in the other games where perhaps he gets a more powerful smash attack or special attack. Like a massive thunder style rest.
