I'm sorry, but this wont have nearly as much use as the melle waavedash, actually i can't even really see how this will help you in a match at all. The effort put into this plus the time cannot be used in a real match unless your trying to show off while the your opponet has time to get ready...

I have not really played squirtle, but i've played many people that are good with him. i seriously think that you need to change around and make his position better on the charts. and jiggs because they both have good agility and could beat many slower chars even if jiggs dies early

I use the game cube controller with tap jump on, i've always used x to jump, so i set y to grab though. i didn't like the classic controller when i used it, so i haven't used it again.
