Falco was a highly used character from melee. The Krystal, and even the Ridley backlash (I said it), would have been utterly eclipsed by the furor if Falco was cut. Plus Krystal is the most ridiculously overrated character ever.

Technically, closing a gap makes a game more competitive. Competitive means closer, less certain outcomes. I am sad over changes from melee, but I just wish people would use language more precisely.
