I agree that the yoyos are really good at brawl in setting up combos (I use them more that the bat) but they really sucked in melee. A LOT. Im not sure if they were better in 64 or not. I think I would prefer the 64 yoyos cuz 1)they had longer range, and 2) they were much, MUCH more powerful...

Wow. I was actually brawling with Earthbound and his friend when I did that same exact yo-yo spike on his friend (Earthbound it happened the game after you left or disconnected). That was really funny. He just went straight down after hitting my yo-yo. I guess it's not that hard to pull off...
