I don't think Smash as a whole will plummet as it remains a fun game to play casually with friends. In terms of professional play, I feel as though melee viewing will drop off a bit once the original 'family' of smashers who made the game popular stop playing professionally.

All it is is an incentive for female smashers to take part in events. It doesn't prevent either sex from playing against each other or socialising.

Captain fabulous has to take first place, nothing else matters.

I came around to playing Kirby after playing the original dreamland game and I think I remember watching some of the animated series when I was younger as well, I've basically been a massive fan of the character ever since. I've only ever really played characters from video games that I played...

Long time casual melee player here, I main kirby but also play puff and would like to learn falco and/or captain falcon. I'm a 3D artist in my final university year aiming to move into game development and have smash as a spare time thing. I'd like to attend some smash events at some point...
