Did they change the amount of SDI in the game. I noticed people falling out of a lot more moves, and I could SDI out of moves that wouldn't work previously.

The problem with banning stages to make a smaller list is there no fair way to determine which stages should be banned.

Incorrect. Forward throw has extremely high base knockback and terrible knock back growth, not set knockback. It has 120 base knockback and 10 growth, while back throw has 15 base and 130 growth.

It's an objective reason to ban a stage, but it's subjective whether or not a lot of stages violate the rule.
