I was practicing this pretty recently too. Took me awhile to get a hang on the timing but I got it down pretty well once I figured out the frame time.

I think is pretty decent for players who really don't know too much samus or know where to start with her. The alternate play suggestions are nice and I look to seeing this guide updated over time. Indeed it needs some tidying up but it's not really that bad. Keep it up!
