In my opinion, there's a mindset for Ness that allows him to be played at a very high level with his current skillset, but I do not know what that mindset is.

In Texas, Ness is broken tier. There's not a consensus on where Ness stands, it seems.

Hey, would just like to say that my Wii no longer reads any discs under any circumstance, so I can no longer boot up Project M, even through a hacked method. I'll be moving on to Netplay from here but ggs to everyone I played on wi-fi! Also 200 pages hype!

You can install BootMii and configure it to always start on the BootMii screen, which is compatible with Gamecube Controllers and can take you to homebrew, Wii Menu, and your SD card. However, that requires you to have a wiimote, sorry pal :P

Oh okay, on wi-fi is just seems totally useless. Some things that might work offline might or might not work on wi-fi, and vice versa.
