I think the 2 posts above have a ton of great points and are really helpful. Something I'd add is: Jab: Scizor didn't really use it at all in that exhibition against Trela. In my local scene I have to play a Ryu often who is solid at power shields. Jab is your friend. Often he'll PS a bomb...
