On the one hand i think that Felix would make more sense based on his battle theme that is present since Brawl but on the other one Isaac is more popular than this one but in a way these two characters are like light and shadow equally important imo

In my opinion with the current number of characters in ultimate they can add 6 characters at most to make a total of 80 I won't be surprised if they add Isaac Shadow Skull Kid (missing ATs and popular characters) Ken and Incineroar (Vergeben) for that. BUT They could also add more than that...
