Why would people say that his OoS options are bad? I think they are decent. Also I disagree on Lucas's roll being improved. To me, Lucas' roll still stays the same. Explain.

So a lot of times when I play a Luigi when he is about to edge guard me, he would just jump and not do anything. Then sometimes when I play a Fox or Falco they would just stand and do nothing for a few seconds.

I am in a similar page as you except I play PM. But that doesn't matter. If you can try to start a local smash scene in your area. Make sure to find a venue. It can be anywhere. School, an auditorium, the choice is up to you. Advertise your tourny with flyers, tell friends about it, just spread...

For me, now I don't see that many options for using PKF besides using it for combos, leading into a DACUS, and in the neutral game (i don't use it that much though).

You'll get it. What I did was that I stayed in the top right area just before you enter the final part of the Stone hedge, and fought Starman Supers' for hours. Just avoid the Nuclear Bomb enemies because they are annoying to fight. Keep everyone in your party alive.

BTW How long did it take you to get the Sword of Kings for Poo? It took me 5 hours and Ness was at Level 91 by the time I got the Sword of Kings.
