Sukapon? Takamaru? You highly underestimate Isaac's chances. He's easily more popular than the Japan-only characters, due to being released outside of Japan. Heck, the old "My Nintendo" page featured Jenna on the sidebar. I don't see Takamaru or even Ray getting that kind of representation...

I think Isaac will have a traditional style moveset. Equipping Djinn might go a little too far in the strategy realm for a game based on quick reflexes like Smash. I think Olimar has already filled the "strategy" type character position in Brawl, with the switching around of Pikmin and such...

I don't know. As far as unrepresented series go, there really are only Pikmin, Custom Robo, and Golden Sun. (Am I missing one?) If the Dojo hasn't revealed any unlockables yet, I say Isaac has a pretty good chance.
