The roster is not the most important thing of a fighting game, but it's gameplay, i think that was the main thing for Famitsu. The roster isn't exactly awful to demerit the rest of the game, people really need to chill.

I wouldn't like veterans like Jiggly and Ness go, i mean they were in the first smash and Jiggly is not even a clone. Honestly i don't see the whole point of it, i don't think they would drop characters just like that. About that info is just their opinion.

Hmmm that is not specific enough to assume they axed those characters, i don't see why they would in the first place, if the game is going to be big i believe they will return most of the Melee roster (except very redundant characters like Dr. Mario or Pichu) and just add a lot of newcomers...
