In agreement with everyone else here. I said this in the Lip thread too, but the amount of stages wouldn't really effect the chances of characters from new franchises anyway.

The hell are you on about? Neither character has been hinted at or implied at all outside of speculation and fake leaks. BluePikmin's right as well, and if for some reason there actually only ended up being 103 stages, that doesn't mean anything for newcomers.
