Use the special move, then hold in the opposite direction really quickly. It's easiest with neutral b, but the timing gets easier as it goes on.

It depends on the character, from what I've found. For example, to regrab Ganon, you have to grab a while after the throw, but with Fox the timing is much faster. This is all from what I've found, though, there's probably much more accurate data out there. It's mostly just repetition and muscle...

F-air isn't really a good option for shffling, at least in the neutral. It's probably best to not fast-fall, if you really want the hitboxes to come out. Whether or not you can punish the meteor (not spike, so don't rely on f-air offstage or anything) depends by in large on if the opponent techs...

I'm not too into the Smash 4 scene right now, but I am aware of Smash 4 happening at the Gameclucks monthlies. Those are by far the biggest local tournaments, so you should definitely come to them when you can! That's really all I can think of, but I'm probably not the ideal person to answer...

Project M is pretty lively in WA. Peek at the ePG weeklies on Tuesday, if you can attend them. Also the monthlies at Gameclucks have a PM 1v1 bracket. This is all assuming you weren't aware about those, sorry if you already were lol

As long as you mix up your throws, some people won't tech a d-throw. In that case, d-smash works. (Although d-tilt also works, and I personally think it's a bit better. I've seen a few "Ms. GNW" costumes that were okay If anything, I think what GNW needs is better alt colours. Most of his defaults are so dull ;-;

I'm probably unqualified for this, but here it goes: Learn how to control bacon to your playstyle, and learn how to shffl consistently. Avoid using one move over and over again. That being said, what Metmetm3t said is the most important thing to do. gl on your game and watch adventures!
