Anyways, you asked how to get those CSPs to work:
It isn't any different from the NTSC way. You just need to use a different file, called "sc_selcharacter_en.pac", which I put on mediafire here: [Link]
If you want to modify the Battle portraits too, you add these files: [Link]
Just follow the same steps, and you're done. =)
Please note though, just like the NTSC-version, you have to remove "_en" at the end of the filename when you put it on your SD, otherwise it won't work.
