Piranha Plant is just the G&W/ ROB/ Duck Hunt of this game. If Plant didn't get in the only thing that would be different is that people would be complaining about how Battletoads (for example) got in over Geno, Waluigi, Banjo Kazooie, etc.

It's the grab range. Plant of all characters should have no issue with reaching far, but for some reason it grabs with its leaves instead of its mouth. That makes its above average throws much harder to access than they should be.

Just look at tournament results. There are a few exceptions, like Snake and Wario, but heavy characters usually do poorly, despite benefiting the most from rage. Without it most of them would become a lot worse than they already are, so I'm not sure it's right to say that they benefit unfairly...

Doesn't Game & Watch have an extremely good matchup against Snake? With how Bucket absorbs so many of Snake's tools.

For K Rool, what % did Dthrow -> Fsmash work before, and what % does it work at now? If there's concrete data for that it should be pretty easy to determine if this was a nerf or not.

Piranha Plant's recovery is so easy to interrupt that it feels like the huge distance it gets doesn't even matter, I have an easier time making it back with Ganondorf. It might be possible to fend off the opponent with Down B off-stage some of the time. It seems like the best option right now...
