    Jump on wall Side-B Trick

Ike has the ability to walljump out of Quick Draw once per air state (just press "away" from the wall after touching it), it's not hard to do as long as you're close enough to the wall.

    Ike Changes

Ahh the good ol' days. (Holy crap that video is more than three years old lol.)

    Ike Changes

I was a terrible PMDT member and rarely updated my SVN folder, so I might not have the build lol. The nearest people to Smash with are 45 minutes away and we usually play Melee, so I probably won't get a chance to really try out the build against competent players =/.

    Ike Changes

Yeah I agree entirely; if revisions were made across the cast then there are some things about Ike that are worth examining, notably, like you said, his susceptibility to good dashdance play and low crouches. I would definitely agree with a lower standing grab, but I'm not sure how I'd address...

    Bad Matchups

Ike's standing grab is too high to grab characters like Kirby and Snake (maybe Jiggs) when they crouch, so it removes one of his most basic counters against crouch-canceling.

    Ike Changes

IMHO Sheik is hard, but Ike's punish game is so good on her that I don't think the match-up makes him unviable. As for Kirby and D3, those are matches I would consider switching based off of my own personal preference and not necessarily because the match-up is just that bad/unwinnable...

    Ike's worst possible matchup

The main reason why I struggle against DDD is that his Waddles prevent most grounded approaches, he's incredibly fat, and his aerials have good priority; it's difficult to avoid getting forced into the air to avoid his Waddles and subject yourself to either getting sharked with UAir/NAir/FAir or...

    Ike Changes

To be entirely honest, IMHO the only changes I would've wanted to see would've been nerfs on Aether to make it less flexible and slightly easier to hit out of. 3.6 Ike seems fine to me otherwise.

    Zard Shield Pressure

JOE! has done a brilliant job answering your question, but just FYI, the shieldstun of an attack is directly proportional to the amount of damage that the attack does - Ganon's FAir has so much shield stun because it does 17%, and the same concept is true for Falcon's knee (which does 18%)...

    D - Throw Tech Chases?

You have to treat it like Fox/Falco/G&W's DThrow and input the tech before the throw actually finishes. It's not too bad, it just take some getting used to.

    D - Throw Tech Chases?

Wow my bad, I've been wrong all this time then.

    D - Throw Tech Chases?

IIRC, Charizard's DThrow is weight-dependent, so the frame advantage after DThrow depends on the weight of the character being thrown; in other words, there's more "lag" after using DThrow on heavier characters and less "lag" after using DThrow on lighter characters. EDIT: Scratch that...
