The problem I feel with Speed thunder is that Arcthunder and Thoron seem to suffer, as they are more more "overtime" damage. Instant 1-hit thunder charges, Thunder and Elthunder, get a great upgrade do to being a lot faster, making it easier to catch the opponent off guard, but Arcthunder and...
