    In Progress Character Model Imports

    Any pictures of Lucina?

    (Question) Adding a meter?

Hey everyone. Would it be possible to add a visual meter which fills on hit and when filled, acts as if the player has broken a smash ball, or something of that nature?

[Updated 06/09/16] 19XXTE 0.11, ROM Hack (Working on Console!)

I check back from time to time to see where this project has gone-- Cool stuff man.

    Model importing?

I've been away from this scene for a long time-- but I see now that there is model importing in Melee. Perhaps someone could direct me towards a guide for how this works? I'm familiar with 3D Modeling and rigging, so I'm assuming the overall process is about the same as any other game, correct?

    Model Research

Yes thanks, I figured it was around that as I was glancing at the player models myself in gameplay. Falcon/Link/Samus to me seemed like the most polygonal, but I never actually checked the numbers so thank you! As far as characters, I figured I'd be sticking with the obvious ones at first...

He said he wanted simple, but uh yeah. I like the Starborn Valley theme. Metroid or Earthbound could be cool themes to design around.

    Model Research

Thanks for making a separate thread for this, when I get some free time I'll try playing around with the data myself.

I'll tell ya right now, that's too many polygons lol.

    Falco Mod 1.01

'Preciate it. I'll uh, go back to lurking in that case. Downloaded the Smash 64 rom myself to see how far I can get in terms of tinkering.

    Falco Mod 1.01

It's not out of the question; Again, if anyone could provide me with some kind of polygon limit for Smash64 to not lag balls, I could probably whip up some models. I recall reading somewhere that Peach was initially planned for Smash 64, so I'd probably start there. Ganondorf would be neat to do...

    Falco Mod 1.01

I would love to provide some custom high quality low poly models if anyone could give me a polygon limit. Would like to stick with original Nintendo characters though. Is there any kind of thread dedicated to the exploration of SSB64 file formats/models/textures etc?

    CSS Icon Name Removal?

I have been trying to get this to happen as well and I simply can't seem to do it. I've tried simply removing anything related to name data from my sc_selcharacter.pac, but I'm left with grey boxes where the names should go.

Modulous: A new Smash modding website (Looking for early adopters)

All I'm seeking right now is a more convenient method of mod installation that doesn't involve creating an sd.raw file. I'd much rather have a folder that acts as an SD card with the appropriate folders and such, so I could just drag and drop modified files instead of making an SD.raw file every...

Modulous: A new Smash modding website (Looking for early adopters)

I watched both of those videos, but I don't quite understand what's automated about the actual installation of the mods. Does it set up a folder that's used like the SD card so you don't need to create an sd.raw every time you want to work with a mod?
