Only points I see from Nintendo about why Brawl isn't coming back to MLG is because of the nonsupport fans have been giving due to the sluggish and slow gameplay Brawl offers compared to Melee where its always fast, precise, and accurate. Thats why Melee is still being played in big tournaments...

Idk never had to change anything for it lol. I just press lightly and my character will start walking, you can try under control options but other than that only other advice is customizing it if you cant get any sensitivity.

Depends on the arcade stick, like ones that dont click are more prefered in most fighting games cuz you dont have to press all the way. Mine is the T v C series and it does click but the sensitivity is good.

If his Aura Sphere is really that huge I can see people using it as like an electric barrier to cover all around him, especially with Kirby as well (when he steals his power) since he's smaller. :p
