I'm gonna have to disagree with you on C.Falcon. I mean yes he is a quirky character but it would be a bit silly to say that his design can't be sexually appealing.

Moe is basically Japans "Dumb Blonde" except not necessarily dumb. It's basically a cute ditsy character, but the cute can also be appealing sexually (as far as Japan is concerned)

Hmmm.... that's true, it's a bit hard to explain. Peach is basically the "Moe" character of the game, so they make her do "moe" things. The cuteness isn't always sexual, but you are right, they do consider "cute" a sexual trait more than we do.

Most likely they are updating the animations. If you look at Melee and Brawl, The only changes in Peaches animations that I saw were: She waves her hands when she floats Her float no longer has sparkles Peach Bomber has hearts instead of an explosion She has a heart Blast instead of headbutt...

Oh, I thought he meant low priority as in who the majority of the fans want to see as opposed to how much effort the developers put into her. Because they do put effort into her and she has one of the most unique move-sets in the game.
