And since when have I said that? Duck Hunt has usually been underrated by American players, and even in this thread I remember people saying that he was "bottom 5". People will focus on Duck Hunt's many flaws, but not on any of his strengths. He's definitely a low tier, but not garbage.

For characters that have better results than what their theory implies, Duck Hunt seems to be a good example. I think Dandy Penguin got like 5th at Glitch using the character. I also remember Duck Hunt getting results in Japan, but I'm not sure if that's still the case.
