Sure, he was strong, but a lot of the community overrated him (in my opinion) and he's been overnerfed. Look at how powerful other charge moves are compared to Cross Slash. Giant Punch kills stupid early, and DK's recovery isn't tied to having it charged, AND he doesn't lose the charge after 15...

I'm just a salty Cloud main who's mad Limit CS takes so much longer to kill.
