    Best thing to do in neutral is space bullet art nairs && stay outside his dash attack range. I would personally stay off the combos since a PR player is gonna know his SDI. So just stick to minimal but optimal combos . Just get chip damage & I can't stress it enough , don't get hit by his dash...
