    Hmm. I don't THINK he is, but then again, I don't think anyone's ever hit me while I used it (Humans/CPUs both just run away when I use it lol..)

    Are you talking about the uncharged version? Because that's already been toned down once (the uncharged was as strong as the full charged at one point). I think that the slow start up on being able to move makes it easy to avoid/punish, and you can also attack from above and knock them out...

    No, unless it has been changed recently. Fox- WD is imbedded directly into his PAC, whereas the P:M one is a universal code (as far as I know). The Fox- one isn't quite as polished as the P:M one either.

    I haven't played Ness so far on this build, so I don't know how much different he plays, but he's in my top 5 for chars I like. He has lots of cool stuff to play around with :) I'm glad you guys are trying to move him away from only using fair (I assume is what you're doing anyway!) <3

    ... Just wondering, have you seen the changes for other chars? If Wolf only had one thing changed, it shouldn't be THAT huge of a deal, now you just have to hit with bair one more time to kill with it :P . I just feel bad for the DK mains having to relearn all the stuff THEY got changed.

    It's not a matter of "time and effort to POST", it's that it takes a long time to work up from vBrawl to 1.5, because they have to go through EVERY piece of the character to check things, along with any hex editing that was done. We have a good enough 1.0>1.5 list that will last us until the...
