    Alternate Costume and Mewtwo/Roy Lag

    I thought it has to do with different types of character models rather than the number of people playing as a modded character. Like if two people use Roy and two people use Mewtwo, that's only 2 different characters models, so I didn't think noticeable lag will happen. But I could be wrong.

    You can dash grab after the turnaround, but the full turnaround takes 23 frames. You can interrupt the turnaround animation with a jump after 11 frames, so it's quicker to do the jump cancelled grab.

    I looked at the frame data, and the thing we were talking about before is the turn-jump threshold. Zelda's turn-jump threshold is 11 frames. Most other characters I checked had one that was around 20 frames. So I'm pretty sure this means Zelda can jump on frame 11 or later of the turnaround...

    Yeah. As Zelda, if you interrupt the animation with a jump she will be facing in the opposite direction that she was running. I'm not sure if this is exclusive to Zelda, but I know with some of the other characters I've tried it with, they stay facing the same direction they were running if you...

    Yeah, it also works if you run to the edge then turnaround and then wavedash back during the animation to grab the ledge directly. I've caught some shino stalling Sheiks by doing that.

If you're running with Zelda and go into her full dash, past the point of dash dance range, and then press the opposite direction to turn around, during her turn around animation if you jump Zelda will be facing the opposite direction in the air and still...
