I've just read all these replies (haven't checked up on this thread for a while, been busy) But I'm so happy to see that there are more people who share my interest. I've been thinking of a starting with a wiimmfi weekly (or bi-weekly) monday tournament (probably at around 6 pm PST or so) using...

the WiiVC has input lag. its better to just get a n64 and play it that way. (don't worry though, if you have one covered in dust in the attic from over 15 years... its probably still working lol)

though it does look similar to smash, it seems like it will play more akin to SF. (other than the noticeable smash attack-esque moves). overall it looks like a fun game, can't wait to get my hands on it (Gamecube support anyone?)

Does anyone remember the good old days where VGBC and CT would stream Brawl? You know what my favorite part was? The doubles matches. I loved watching Brawl doubles, they made it so hectic but still somehow under control. Hasn't anyone thought of hosting Doubles tournaments for Brawl? I think it...
