Magolor would be the most likely character after BD, yes. HAL's been advertising his character for quite some time, and he's returned far more times than Marx. Marx is my 3rd most wanted Kirby rep at the moment, but BD and Magolor I can tell are league's above him in terms of probability.

Oh Bandana Dee will be taken very well in Japan. Kirby's ridiculously popular over there, and Waddle Dees are considered even more iconic than Meta Knight and even King Dedede.
