I really think the game should be 3 Stocks and 7 min with the option of being able to choose your customized specials because each and every characters customized specials are balanced in there own way so it doesn't make characters too broken it adds alittle twist to the fighting mechanics...

The cool thing about PM is that the characters are so balanced you can main literally any char you want and with enough hard work and dedication you could make top 4 at Apex or Evo.

I'm lookin forward to seeing Roy Mainz take it to top 8 at Apex..

As for recovery I'd say they are both on par.

Overall as a Marth and a Roy main I think it's safe to assume that Roy (in my opinion) has much more kill potential than Marth. Roy racks up a lot of damage slowly while Marth racks up little damage way quicker but has a harder time KOing his enemies. To make long story short Roy is stronger...

I would choose game patches for sure because honestly the only DLC we would be caring about is new character DLC other DLC like "a new item", or new game mode don't matter as far as the tournament scene of smash goes. So because DLC is not a good way to go is because if it were a new Character...
