I honestly think they overdone a little bit with the air dodges on lvl 9 cpu's, they're basically perfect with them and i can't never bait them out, not even the best players i met on FG are that good dodging, kinda frustating sometimes i recommend going against level 7 CPU's, they still air...

The CPUs are indeed better, they don't air dodge out of panic anymore (thank god, that made them so easy to beat) and they're overrall more aggresive just fought a lvl 9 :4metaknight: and he got me with a few D-throw -> Up B several times and i don't remember the CPU trying stuff like that...
