    The cloaking device just screws with the human characters. It doesn't do anything to CPU. So I vote they change the CPU, or get rid of the cloaking device. And the ditto thing, what stops people from getting dittos all at once, while all have Iceclimbers, and it would jack up the game. I...

    What if there was nothing in it's range of vision? Umm, it's good, but I doubt they would put ditto in... Re-add the bumper, get rid of the cloaking device.
