    Basically, I want to play as James McCloud, by slightly changing the colours of neutral Fox (which is easy enough) and giving him a pair of sunglasses, which I have no clue how to do. I found exactly what I'm talking about for PM, but not for Melee...

    It mentions on the main post a couple of times about being compatible with dios mios on console, but on my USB Loader it doesn't appear. Any suggestions? I'm using the PAL iso if that might have anything to do with it
