Discussion: Since Sega doesn't have a console anymore and most of their games are on Nintendo, would a PSO character be considered 3rd party? And would they be a good addition to the Smash team? What do you think?

Yah, so theirs a fish in the water...and I dunno who it is. They say it looks familar so it has to be something. Im thinking the fish from the second stage of Phantasy Star Online! Maybe not, but thats what I think.
