Q&A SSBU Mechanics & Techniques General

I was labbing pummels earlier and sometimes I'm able to pummel a little faster than usual. I have no idea what's going on, I tried different variables but nothing seems to be the culprit. Does anyone know about this or at least experience it?

    6 Simple Roy Questions

I could be wrong on some of these so correct me if I'm wrong. 1. Down throw sets up chases/combos. At percentages where down sends the opponent too far, back throw will send at a seemingly fixed distance, it's a little laggy but puts you in positional advantage. 2. Varies from character to...

    Q&A Smash Ultimate Q&A thread

So I have housemates to play with but they're not particularly good at the game or invested so I've deemed that I'll get more mileage just labbing and practicing tech. I think I should still spar on occassion with them. Anyone have any advice on how to make the most of not-the-best friendlies...

Q&A SSBU Mechanics & Techniques General

Wondering if there's any concensus on the subject, a quick google search turned up nothing. When practicing tech or just inputs that are directional, is it better to practice tye same tech in both directions simultabeously or one at a time? Example: Ryu's Shoryuken command to the right first...

How to do tilts out of run with smash stick

I tried both your method and the one I had been practicing which varies from tilt to tilt and I feel like mine is a little quicker. I can get turn around and forward tilts at the exact distance of the initial dash where as with the ones you've listed they come out a little after the distance of...

How to do tilts out of run with smash stick

I've been using a completely different method to get these. Mostly I've been practicing turnaround angled side tilts by quickly reversing the stick direction to the slightest degree away for the desired tilt/angle. I'll try this out and see which is better.

    Roys grabs are terrible

Back throw is also a really good mixup at low percentages since your opponent will fear the dthrow and DI in a way thag you can exploit. Roy's grabs can set up some fearsome stuff if your opponent gets grabbed without a double jump. Aggressively grabbing your opponents landing and playing the...

I'm an atmospheric technician and I know the value of fresh air so I'd also like to recommend keeping a multitude of indoor plants that will help freshen the air in your home. This is also especially important if you live in an urban area. For starters I'd like to recommend keeping snake plant...
