    I'm having great difficulties dealing with my bro's Luigi. The jump back kick is quick and has decent range. His normal upper punch (I'm not talking about his shoryuken) is something against ppl who try to land on Luigi.

    A noob or a casual player cannot beat a pro. Can a casual tennis player beat Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi? I think the answer is most obvious. The only way you may prove yourself to be challenge to a pro is if you practice with pros very often and learn from them.
