    I think those are file diffs, not just line diffs. Any number of things could have changed inside that one file. Though honestly, I wouldn't hold my breath. I'm sure Sheik was suspect number 1 for testing, and if anything else was found someone would have announced it by now.

    Thanks for the clarification. So how does this affect projectiles with hitlag modifiers? If hitlag modifiers didn't affect the defender in the past, then what was the point of having modifiers on projectiles?

    "Hit Lag received by the defender (shield hit lag) now matches that of the attacker;" What was it before? Was it that the hitlag modifier did not affect the Defender? And how does this affect megaman's pellets and charge shot? They have < 1 hitlag modifiers, but they're projectiles.

    floor(damage/1.8) + 3 You're right, but it's not that far off: floor(damage/1.8) + 3 The weakest moves will get the most proportional benefit.

    I believe it'll affect heavies the least, as it's a linear shieldstun buff. The biggest winners are those with quick and weak moves.

    Can someone make a guide or something of the like on how to use Marth's jab? For example, when is it safe to follow up with utilt, when is it escapable, whatnot? I see so much posting hyping it up, but not a lot explaining how to use it.

    Should Custom Mii's Be Seprated From Fighter Customs?

    It's inconsistent if a character can use customs and others can't. I REALIZE THAT YES, THEY ARE USABLE WITHOUT TURNING ON CUSTOM FIGHTERS, but the distinction is so fine it's irrelevant.
