i still really don't know why this isn't on the buffs/nerfs patch list yet but i said this before; Ryu's weak spot up tilt got buffed from 1% —> 2% (leading into less combo strings)

it depends but that may be so it. but i just found out that the foward air could do 7% while i was battling someone on anthers and just when i did that attack of a foward air it did 7% [Note: i was battling a pikachu when this happened so maybe this just happens to small characters as a...

I found out something important! Luigi's foward air doesn't do just 8% from the nerf it also has another damage hitbox. Sweet Spot ~ 8% Weak Spot ~ 7% I feel this is pretty important to add.

Falco has a buff where at 0% he can do this that I just connected ~ down throw into fsmash and it is a true combo by falco :4falco:

Toon link's grab is decently longer. than before.

Pacman's up b glitch got removed [Confirmed]

Sonics down throw got buffed, 6% —> 7% Sonic seems much quicker than before.

yo ryu's up tilt with the smaller damaging hitboxes got buffed but kinda nerfed in a way. now each weak up tilt does 2% instead of 1% each time. (now is less viable for very long lasting damage strings. it seems.)
